Warning: Contains swear words
This little pack is for when it all feels a bit too much, when you want to scream into your pillow or send a strongly worded message to the person who's pissed you off. These colouring pages do not tell you to breathe or be grateful. They're here to help you connect with anger, truth and authentic feelings. Sometimes positivity isn't helpful, it can end up being another mask you wear to push down the very real, very inconvenient (to others) feelings you could pay attention to.
Why swearing? Why anger?
Swearing isn't untherapeutic, it can help cut through shame and help us say what we really mean. Anger isn't a bad emotion and it's not dangerous. It's a completely normal and healthy emotion. It can show up when a boundary has been crossed, a need has been ignored or touch a part of you that has been silenced for too long.
These colouring pages are here to help you:
Externalise what is stuck
Validate emotions you've been shamed for having
Laugh, cry, rage-colour and release.
What's inside:
I'm not fucking crazy, I'm fucking traumatised
I go to therapy because of the people who should have gone to therapy
Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is tell them to fuck off
There's no wrong way to do this, just print, scribble and pop them on your fridge or burn them (safely obviously). You have permission to drop the mask, put your favourite rage music on and have a little laugh while you're doing it.
