Identity and Individuation
This section explores the journey of "becoming" through reflections on identity, self-worth, social comparison and the deeper work of individuation. A space to rediscover who you are when you feel safe enough to be real.

Authentic Self: Becoming Who You Truly Are

This could mean they’ve lost touch with their authentic self, with their preferences and their wants and needs.
