Outdoor Therapy
Outdoor therapy takes place in the beautiful Danbury Country Park near Chelmsford, Essex. We can sit amongst the flowers in the peaceful meadow or walk around the lakes and ancient woodland. The pathways are well maintained and accessible and there are public toilets on site.
